Qalam and Noor didn't start in a boardroom, it started in the heart of our family.

In November 2024, a visit to the Sharjah International Book Fair opened my eyes to a world of beautiful Islamic literature that I had never seen back home in India. As a mother to a toddler, I found myself at a crossroads: I wanted to raise my child with a deep love for Islam, but I felt clueless about where to start. I didn't have all the answers, and I knew I wasn't alone in that feeling.

The Dream Team
To turn this vision into a reality, I teamed up with my sister, a graduate in Islamic Studies.

Guided by Love
While we form the core team, we are never truly alone in our creative process. Our other sister serves as our unofficial guide and sounding board, offering her unique insights and "big-picture" perspective that helps shape the soul of our products.

At the foundation of it all are our parents. Our Father provides the strength and stability that allows us to dream big, while our Mother is our backbone, our biggest cheerleader, and the one who reminds us that with 'Noor' comes the responsibility to serve the community.

The Vision
Launched in 2025, we have evolved from a mission to import books into a full-scale publishing house and toy brand. From busybooks to wooden puzzles, every product is designed with faceless illustrations to nurture the fitra of young children. We are here to make premium, world-class Islamic education affordable and accessible for every home in India.
